Sedumedi Hope Foundation (SHF) is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 by Refilwe Sedumedi, who is a Breast Cancer Survivor. The foundation’s main purpose is to be a voice behind fighting breast cancer and other cancer related diseases, to educate, empower, motivate, and form collaborations with the Department of Health, clinics and similar-minded organizations. The foundation operates from Diepsloot, North of Johannesburg but its main focus is working with rural areas nationally. Our secondary mission is to close the gap of poverty by improving the young girl’s socio-economic stances and shift their perspective on life and what they can achieve.
